Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation, arbitration and/or insurance/reinsurance experience.
• Admission to the New York or New Jersey State Bar.
• A JD with strong academic credentials.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, trial preparation and court proceedings.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational abilities.
• The ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities
