Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on litigation experience in insurance defense/personal injury cases.
• New York State Bar admission required; New Jersey Bar admission a plus.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including court conferences, motions, mediations, depositions, pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions.
• Prepare client reports, mediation statements, and attorney case evaluations.
• Support trial readiness and collaborate with partners on strategy and briefs.
