Job summary

RecruitPod Global LLC seeks an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of experience in insurance coverage, commercial litigation, or other complex matters. You will manage matters with direct client interaction and significant ownership while collaborating with senior attorneys.

The role offers hybrid and remote flexibility, cross-office collaboration, and opportunities for mentorship, leadership, and long-term growth within a global insurance coverage practice.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction; preference for CA, FL, CT, MA, NY, NJ.
• 8+ years in insurance coverage or complex litigation.
• Strong writing, research, analytical and advocacy skills.
• Experience with pleadings, depositions, discovery, and motions.
• Appellate briefing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Hybrid/remote flexibility and client-facing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Analyze complex insurance coverage issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and coverage-related advocacy materials.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Handle written discovery and motion practice.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Develop litigation and coverage strategies with clients and senior attorneys.
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate across offices.
