Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in insurance litigation.
• Experience with first‑party and/or third‑party property claims and coverage disputes.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle first‑party and/or third‑party insurance litigation and coverage disputes
• Analyze claims and prepare coverage opinion letters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Manage discovery, depositions, and hearing preparation/attendance
• Work directly with partners and senior attorneys on complex insurance matters
• Gain exposure to sophisticated litigation strategy and client interaction
