gpac in Southern California seeks a Senior Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney to join its Los Angeles or Irvine team. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on sophisticated liability-policy coverage matters for domestic and international insurer clients.

The successful candidate will lead complex files, manage an active caseload, draft opinions and pleadings, and collaborate with a global platform offering development resources.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar admission required.
• 6+ years of complex insurance coverage litigation experience.
• Federal court experience required.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to independently manage an active caseload and exercise sound judgment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze insurance policies, claims, and coverage issues.
• Prepare coverage opinions and provide strategic advice to insurer clients.
• Conduct detailed legal research and draft memoranda.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation materials.
• Manage coverage litigation matters from initial assessment through resolution.
• Attend and support depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
