Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Law Review and/or Honors required.
• Active California Bar in good standing.
• 6+ years of substantive litigation experience focusing on insurance coverage.
• Admission to other states (TX, NY, WA, CO) is an asset.
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies; ability to provide coverage opinions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
• Provide clear, actionable coverage recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses; review document collections.
