Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with top academic record; Law Review/Honors required
• Active Florida Bar in good standing
• 5–7 years of substantive litigation experience focusing on insurance coverage
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies and providing coverage recommendations

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions
• Provide clear coverage recommendations to clients
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other research tools
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses
• Review document collections in preparation for litigation
• Engage with domestic and international insurers
• Collaborate with partners and team to advance case objectives
