Zurich North America is seeking a Legal Claims Professional for our Management Solutions group in a hybrid role across key US offices. You will handle Private/Non-Profit D&O, EPL and Fiduciary claims of moderate to high complexity, assessing coverage and exposure while coordinating with defense counsel and brokers.

The ideal candidate has JD + 5+ years in legal claims, licensure, and strong negotiation and client service skills, with Microsoft Office proficiency and a drive to uphold best

Qualifikationen

• JD with 5+ years of experience in legal insurance claims.
• Experience reviewing complaints and pleadings and determining coverage and liability.
• Licenses required: adjuster license(s) where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Analyze coverage, liability, damages and exposure.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Draft reservation of rights and coverage denial letters.
• Notify underwriter of claim issues and performance.
• Draft case summaries for significant reserves and trial prep.
• Direct and engage defense counsel and manage workload priorities.
• Ensure claims are resolved within authority and best practices.
