Qualifications

• Experience in insurance claims management, especially auto liability, property, catastrophe, and contents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to articulate complex reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Review disputed-fault auto claims using video, statements, and docs.
• Assess damages with aerial imagery and catastrophe photos for liability and loss.
• Evaluate contents claims with photographic evidence, detailed valuation and inventory.
• Draft clear determination reports reflecting adjuster standards.
• Apply fault and liability principles for defensible outcomes.
• Communicate findings clearly in writing and verbally as needed.
• Contribute to data/insights to improve AI in claims processing.
