Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Senior Broker to lead broking assignments, manage renewals, and deliver client-focused outcomes for large and complex placements.

This full-time hybrid role requires three days in the office with some remote collaboration. You will mentor staff, coordinate market strategies, prepare proposals, and foster strong insurer relationships to drive optimal results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum seven years insurance experience.
• Team leadership experience a plus.
• P&C License required.
• Advanced industry designation(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively coordinate and manage broking around the renewal cycle.
• Define success and direct broking activity to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and adjust approach for different personalities.
• Execute client placements with clear focus on financial and non-financial outcomes.
• Prepare detailed coverage analyses, submissions and proposals for clients.
