Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a capable broker to support the broking team in tailoring coverage and developing risk transfer solutions. You will analyze client risk profiles, coordinate with underwriters, and contribute to strategy and proposals to expand client engagements.

The role offers standard hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET) with hybrid/remote options, and a base salary of $43,000–$50,000 plus commission potential on first-year new business, with base determined by experience and location.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze client risk profiles and tailor coverage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with broker processes and client servicing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients’ risk programs and formulate recommendations.
• Negotiate with carriers to drive revenue and retention.
• Ensure insurance placements follow service model standards.
• Develop client diagnostics and total cost of risk assessments.
• Produce required documentation and follow-up.
• Assist in proposal development for clients.
• Respond to client queries and concerns promptly.
• Attend client meetings and participate in RFPs.
• Deploy data analytics for program insights.
