PTR Global seeks an experienced professional to lead projects for internal systems and process optimization. The role combines underwriting, financial analysis, and data-driven decision support using SQL and reporting tools.

You will develop executive dashboards and data exports, translate business requirements, and advise leaders on strategic directions based on findings. A strong insurance background and 10+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in related roles.
SQL programming experience – 3+ years.
Experience querying database systems, MS Access, MS Excel, and other reporting systems.
Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills.
Experience collecting and communicating business requirements – 3+ years.
Insurance background is required.

Responsibilities

Project Management for internal systems and processes.
Perform underwriting, operational, and financial analysis utilizing internal and external data sources.
Utilize SQL to develop data exports for internal and external users.
Develop intuitive visualizations for executive audiences to monitor key performance metrics.
Advise business leaders based on analysis findings.
