Slalom is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Analyst to support our internal corporate insurance program. This role will play a critical part in managing daily insurance operations, reviewing insurance-related contract terms, and ensuring companywide compliance with insurance requirements. This is a cross-functional role with opportunities for visibility and impact across Slalom’s global operations.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day insurance-related inquiries from internal teams and clients.
- Review and track insurance provisions in contracts, including Client Services Agreements (CSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor agreements, and partner contracts.
- Coordinate and prepare insurance documentation, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and related compliance materials.
- Partner cross-functionally to support the annual insurance renewal process, including gathering data and recommending coverage changes.
- Support complex insurance-related projects aimed at process improvement and risk mitigation.
- Deliver training and guidance to internal stakeholders on insurance matters and risk policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within our insurance file system.
- Monitor and respond to incoming requests related to corporate insurance coverage across all Slalom divisions.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate risk management, insurance, compliance, or related areas.
- Understanding of key corporate insurance types, such as general liability, professional liability (E&O), cyber liability, directors and officers (D&O), and workers’ compensation.
- Familiarity with reviewing and interpreting insurance language in contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps or inconsistencies in insurance coverage or contract requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey insurance concepts to non-experts.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and geographies.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, law, risk management, or equivalent experience).

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the Analyst level , the targeted base salary pay range is $74,000 to $89,000. For the Senior Analyst level, the targeted base salary pay range is $86,000 to $108,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
