Job summary
Milliman is hiring a Senior Insurance Applied AI Engineer to lead business engagement and engineering within the AI Solutions practice. You will map insurance workflows, design AI-enabled delivery pathways, and capture expert knowledge into usable assets for scalable client projects.
Seeking an experienced professional with actuarial or engineering background, strong collaboration skills, and fluency in generative AI, to drive value through AI-enabled transformation across client engagements.
Qualifications
- Map and optimize insurance workflows across actuarial, underwriting, claims, and related domains.
- Collaborate with domain experts, AI engineers, and technology teams on requirements, prototyping, and deployment readiness.
- Understand enterprise AI tool ecosystems and responsible AI controls to guide client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Support client engagements from opportunity shaping through workshops and proposal development.
- Translate strategic priorities and workflows into AI transformation roadmaps and implementation paths.
- Capture expert knowledge into AI-ready artifacts and define handoff materials for scalable delivery.
