Job summary

Dahl Consulting in Sauk Centre, MN, is seeking an Insurance Account Manager to support a senior producer within a well-established financial services organization. This senior role handles personal and commercial P&C lines, renewals, new business preparation, carrier marketing, and full policy lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, confident in client and carrier interactions, and ready to manage renewals and growth opportunities with independent decision making.

Qualifications

• Two year post high school education or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of customer service, insurance and/or commercial line product experience.
• Active Property and Casualty license.
• Experience in commercial P&C lines.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and manage client interactions for renewals and new business.
• Experience marketing accounts to carriers.
• Lifelong learning mindset and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare renewal materials and market accounts to carriers.
• Review claims information and support presentations for new and renewal business.
• Provide support to a Senior Sales Producer while managing existing clients.
