Job summary

The Dahl Consulting team seeks an Insurance Account Manager in Sauk Centre, MN, to support a senior producer and manage both personal and commercial P&C client relationships. You will handle renewals, new business prep, and carrier marketing, ensuring accurate policy management and strong client service.

Qualifications

• Two year post high school education or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of customer service, insurance and or commercial line product experience.
• Active Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Experience in commercial P&C lines.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage client interactions for renewals and new business.
• Experience marketing accounts to carriers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to a Senior Sales Producer while managing existing clients.
• Assist with both personal and commercial lines, ensuring high quality service, retention, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare renewal materials, marketing accounts to carriers, reviewing claims information.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of policies including quoting, binding, renewing, processing changes, and ensuring accuracy of all updates.
• Support onboarding and retention efforts and departmental needs.
