This senior role handles personal and commercial P&C lines, renewals, new business preparation, and carrier marketing, maintaining full policy lifecycle and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license required.
• 5+ years of customer service or insurance experience.
• Experience with personal and commercial P&C lines.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Preparing renewal materials.
• Marketing accounts to carriers.
• Reviewing claims information.
• Supporting presentations for new and renewal business.
• Managing the complete lifecycle of policies: quoting, binding, renewing, changes.
• Providing customer service, problem resolution, and documentation processing; supporting onboarding and retention.
