Job summary

DXC Technology Company is seeking a Sr Manager, Account Delivery to lead day-to-day delivery for Insurance client accounts, ensuring service levels and client expectations are met. You will partner with cross-functional teams to maintain strong client relationships and manage financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in account delivery within the Insurance Industry and a track record of driving growth, improving KPIs, and delivering transformational programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Insurance, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in account delivery or leadership.
• Experience in Insurance industry required.
• Strong strategic planning, client relationship, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing service levels, budgets, and forecasting.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Identify opportunities for growth with sales support.
• Commitment to staying current with developments in insurance, technology, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery and performance of assigned Insurance client accounts.
• Partner with Account Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders.
• Manage account financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define KPIs and service levels.
• Proactively identify and resolve delivery or account issues.
• Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.
