Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Required active licensing; professional designation (CISR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workflow of the team.
• Track policy expirations for existing clients.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Conduct client research and prepare submissions for underwriting.
• Monitor reports on delinquent accounts.
