Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking an Instrumentation Logistician Level III to procure, organize, and catalogue parts and equipment for flight test operations under a federal contract. You will work under supervision and mentor ship of senior logisticians, tracking materials and coordinating with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires five years of related experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Vocational/technical training beyond high school or military equivalent training.
• Minimum of five (5) years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Procure parts and equipment following applicable Air Force procedures and documentation.
• Track and maintain parts stock to meet immediate needs of Flight Test Modifications and Operational Support.
• Track statuses of materials throughout the ordering process and provide feedback and statuses to customers and stakeholders.
• Interact with vendors, stakeholders, customers and supervision to understand and evaluate the required materials.
• Identify discrepancies in parts and offer alternatives to parts on drawings.
• Perform physical inventorying, cataloging, warehouse, material/property control coordination, and data entry.
