Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking an Instrumentation Logistician Level III to procure, organize, and catalog parts for flight test operations supporting Air Force, Space Force, and Navy missions. The role requires coordinating with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery and accurate material data.

The position demands five years of related experience, technical training, and the ability to obtain security clearance as a U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

Requires vocational/technical training beyond high school and 5 years of related experience.
Must possess a valid, state issued driver’s license.
Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

Procure parts and equipment following Air Force procedures and documentation.
Track parts stock to meet immediate needs of flight test modifications and operational support.
Track material statuses through ordering; provide updates to customers and stakeholders.
Interact with vendors, stakeholders, customers and supervision to define material requirements for tasks.
Identify discrepancies in parts and propose substitutes per drawings.
Perform physical inventorying, cataloging, warehouse and data entry for supply activities.
