Job summary

JT4, LLC seeks a Logistics/Supply III to support a federal program, handling receiving, inspection, storage, issue and tracking of equipment in a sustained support environment. You will manage inventories, data entry, and logistics planning while coordinating with maintenance, operations, procurement, and accountability teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or logistics and seven years of related experience, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/logistics or equivalent with 7 years related work experience.
• Experience managing receiving, inspection, storage, issue and tracking of equipment.
• Experience maintaining inventory records for repair parts and spares.
• Ability to conduct inventories, audits and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Comfort coordinating across maintenance, operations, procurement, and property accountability.

Responsibilities

• Perform logistics/analyses support tasks for systems and equipment.
• Review reports, drawings, and procedures; generate reports.
• Oversee physical inventorying, warehousing, and data entry.
• Maintain logistics data in computer databases.
• Interface with customers to report task status with minimal supervision.
• Maintain logistics planning and related documents; prepare routine correspondence.
• Provide work direction to subordinate personnel.
