Job summary

You will ensure compliance with NEC, ISA, API PRs, PIP and NEMA guidelines, while coordinating with multiple disciplines to deliver on schedule.

The role requires extensive I&E design experience, leadership capabilities, and strong communication skills to interface with clients and project teams in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of I&E design experience using AutoCAD.
• At least 5+ years as a lead designer.
• Experience leading multiple fast-paced industrial projects.
• Design of instrumentation and electrical systems in classified locations per NEC.

Responsibilities

• Develop execution strategy and manage technical queries.
• Assign and supervise execution tasks for projects.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of drawings and packages.
• Adhere to design budget and project schedule.
• Submit project deliverables per schedule.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and communicate across teams.
• Provide design change management and direction to junior staff.
• Ensure designs comply with client/company specs and codes.
• Oversee development of all instrumentation and electrical deliverables.
• Perform field work to collect data and verify tie-ins.
