Job summary

Leoforce seeks a Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer for on-site work in Tulsa, OK. You will own PLC-based automation, instrumentation, and electrical controls from engineering through startup, including system design reviews, FAT/SAT, and field commissioning.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to deliver reliable control solutions for complex process equipment in demanding environments. Travel approximately 15-25% for commissioning activities.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on industrial controls, automation, instrumentation, or process controls experience.
Experience with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and Studio 5000.
Experience with Burner Management Systems and FactoryTalk.
PLC programming, HMI/SCADA, I/O, and industrial control systems experience.
Ability to read P&IDs, control narratives, electrical schematics, and instrumentation documentation.
Experience with FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, and field troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of industrial electrical/control systems and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Own PLC-based automation, instrumentation, electrical controls, and commissioning from engineering through startup.
Lead FAT/SAT activities and field troubleshooting during commissioning.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to deliver reliable control solutions.
