Job summary

Stratus is seeking an Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on front-end and detailed engineering, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and leading I&C delivery on projects.

Responsibilities include instrument specifications, data sheets, and vendor data review, with strong emphasis on safety and quality. PE license is preferred; 10+ years of petrochemical/oil & gas experience is valued.

Qualifications

BSc in engineering with minimum of 10 years' experience in instrumentation and controls engineering for petrochemical/oil & gas industries.
Ability to lead quality management of discipline work processes and deliverables.
Experienced with various control and interface systems (e.g., DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI), including specification and integration design.

Responsibilities

Prepare instruments and control system specifications, data sheets, and other standard deliverables.
Review instrument and control systems vendor drawings & data; interface with suppliers, clients, and other disciplines.
Develop P&IDs, equipment specifications, logic diagrams, SIS/LOPA-related documents.
