Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• ABET Accredited Institution preferred.
• Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
• PE License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with direct reports, clients, subcontractors, vendors and other consultants.
• Set realistic expectations and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure direct reports’ work adheres to quality standards and engineering procedures.
• Check engineering drawings and calculations for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage workload, budgets and resources for the group.
• Assess feasibility of projects including materials, costs and time requirements.
• Prepare reports, specifications and schedules for projects.
• Develop and review design packages and performance requirements.
• Provide guidance on work techniques and best practices to staff.
