Qualifications include a PE license, ABET-accredited engineering degree, and 10+ years in instrumentation and control. Strong communication, teamwork, and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience preferred.
• Field experience preferred.
• SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of instrumented control and safety systems.
• Familiarity with ISA, NEC, API codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare intermediate to advanced specifications detailing performance requirements, design codes, and vendor drawings.
• Develop engineering sketches, calculations, and analysis models for complex projects.
• Review vendor drawings for compliance with specs and project needs.
• Interact with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to align on scope and schedule.
• Lead multi-discipline project activities and manage budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE standards and project safety procedures.
• Visit job sites and vendor facilities to assess requirements and ensure quality.
