Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks an Electrician/Instrument (EI) Technician to support Bristol Site processes in the US. The role focuses on safe maintenance of instrumentation and electrical equipment, preventive and predictive tasks, and reliable technical support to equipment owners. Flexibility for off-hours calls is required.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 3+ years in instrumentation maintenance, and proficiency with DeltaV, AB, GE 9030, and SAP. US work authorization is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in instrumentation maintenance.
• Knowledge of Flow Elements, Sensors, Pressure Sensors and Temperature Probes.
• Willing to work overtime and respond to emergency calls.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/instrument and electrical equipment with focus on instrumentation.
• Set up, calibrate, test, and repair electrical controls and instruments.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and document failure analyses.
• Provide data for reliability improvements and planned maintenance.
• Coordinate with planners and coordinators for complex EI jobs.
