Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Electrician/Instrument (EI) Technician to maintain instrument and electrical equipment at our Bristol-Croydon site.

The role emphasizes safe, reliable troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance across processes, with strong collaboration with planners and owners. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in instrumentation maintenance, and knowledge of DeltaV/AB/GE control systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 3+ years in instrumentation maintenance.
• Knowledge of Flow Elements/Sensors, Pressure Sensors, and Temperature Probes.
• Ability to work overtime and answer emergency calls.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Repair, preventive and predictive maintenance of instrument and electrical equipment.
• Provide safe, reliable technical support and troubleshooting.
• Document failure analysis and data for reliability improvements.
• Support EC/IE work processes and plan complex EI jobs.
• Coordinate with planners and coordinators for effective job execution.
• Maintain equipment files in SAP and define scheduled services.
