Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks an Electrician/Instrument (EI) Technician for the Bristol-Croydon, PA site, supporting Croydon and Bristol production plants.

You’ll repair, maintain and troubleshoot instrument and electrical equipment, delivering reliable technical support and documentation to owners and planners. The role emphasizes safe operation, adherence to maintenance processes, and participation in the Reliability Team, with opportunities to leverage DeltaV, Allen-Bradley and GE systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years in instrumentation maintenance.
• Working knowledge of instrumentation: Flow Elements/Sensors, Pressure Sensors, Temperature Probes.
• Willing to work overtime and answer emergency calls off hours.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain instrument and electrical equipment with focus on instrumentation.
• Set up, calibrate, test, measure and repair electrical controls and instruments.
• Repair, maintain and install electrical and instrument equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions safely and document failure analysis.
