Job summary

Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Inc., seeks an exceptional Instructional Systems Designer II to lead the curriculum revision process, translating Navy requirements into modular, data-driven learning interventions. You will guide end-to-end design, ensuring precision in each lesson plan and assessment to improve Sailor readiness.

You will oversee ISD staff, implement the 142-series templates, and drive modern, high-impact training delivery across the Career

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading ISD projects through all five phases.
• Experience designing assessments and learning instruments.
• Excellent writing, proofreading and training material design skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design: Execute NAVEDTRA-based design phases to build task-based training interventions.
• Resource Planning: Determine manpower and training requirements from fleet needs assessments.
• Assessment Development: Create pre-tests and summative evaluations aligned with NAVEDTRA standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise ISD staff and ensure consistent use of updated templates.
