Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support development of instructor-led and virtual learning content.
• Collaborate with government agencies, SMEs and instructional designers to learn requirements and build training.
• Drive performance by planning, developing, managing and evaluating in-person, online and hybrid software training.
• Utilize delivery modalities such as webinars, web-based training, in-person training, user guides, and online help systems.
