Job summary

SweetRush seeks an Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer to design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for a multinational confectionery company. This remote, contract role demands fast-paced eLearning delivery and multi-modal solution design.

You will leverage Articulate Rise and Storyline 360, AI-enabled tools, and creative media to produce polished content while upholding data privacy standards. Collaborate with project managers in a matrixed environment to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in instructional design.
• Expert-level skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
• Experience with AI agents/tools to accelerate content development (Microsoft Copilot preferred).
• Ability to translate technical subjects into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences.
• Strong visual design using brand guidelines and multimedia tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning materials (in-person, digital modules, videos).
• Create polished, accessible content with a visual design focus.
• Leverage modern authoring tools and various learning platforms.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while preserving privacy and governance.
