You will lead content creation for instructor-led and virtual formats, collaborating with government agencies and SMEs to deliver innovative, compliant programs. Required are a BA/BS, 5+ years in the field, strong ADDIE expertise, adult learning theory knowledge, and 508-compliance experience; US citizenship is mandatory.

Qualificações

• Proficient in ADDIE process and instructional design principles.
• Experience building instructor-led, online and hybrid training.
• Understanding of adult learning theory and accessibility (Section 508).
• U.S. citizenship required and at least 5+ years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support development of instructor-led and virtual learning content.
• Collaborate with agencies and SMEs to design innovative training programs.
• Plan, develop, manage and evaluate in-person, online and hybrid software training.
• Utilize webinars, web-based training, user guides and online help systems.
