American Credit Acceptance in Spartanburg, SC, is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to shape learning experiences across eLearning, instructor-led, and blended formats. This hands-on role partners with SMEs to design programs and mentor teammates, delivering measurable impact.

You’ll manage ACA’s LMS, build curricula and dashboards, and drive scalable design standards. Candidates should have 5+ years in instructional design, proficiency with Articulate Storyline, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience creating eLearning using Articulate Storyline or similar tools.
• Experience owning or leading end-to-end learning programs (not just individual courses).
• Experience facilitating training in classroom or hybrid environments.
• Experience supporting or administering a Learning Management System.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead impactful learning programs across eLearning, instructor-led, and blended formats.
• Design full programs and learning paths that support associate and leader development.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify needs and build meaningful learning solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions, especially for programs you develop.
• Create dashboards and reports to track participation and learning impact.
