Job summary

Chime Financial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join the Operations and Member Experience Learning & Development team to design engaging, interactive, and modern learning strategies for our agents across BPOs.

You will apply adult learning methodologies to drive outcomes through a broad range of learning solutions. Your work will impact thousands of BPO employees and millions of Chime members in a flat, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing multi-modality learning (eLearning, ILT, video).
• Experience analyzing source material and creating design docs.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate learning outputs.
• Travel domestically and internationally approx. 10%.

Responsibilities

• Act as a learning consultant to the Disputes Experience line of business.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Evaluate learning programs and improve agent performance.
• Own end-to-end design and development of learning content.
• Apply ADDIE and agile methodologies in design processes.
