Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of instructional design experience in enterprise leadership development.
• Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Canva.

• Design scalable leadership curricula for 10,000+ leaders.
• Incorporate leadership development research and best practices.
