Job summary

You will drive the production of course outlines, storyboards, guides, and multimedia assets, while ensuring instructional integrity and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 5+ years designing content for virtual delivery across platforms.
• Experience with course authoring tools and adherence to design standards.
• Track record of designing programs with measurable business impact.
• Experience managing cross-functional talent and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and success metrics.
• Develop learning assets aligned with rapid prototyping processes and product solutions.
• Design and develop learning materials for asynchronous and synchronous delivery.
• Lead creation of course outlines, storyboards, facilitator guides, and participant guides.
• Develop dynamic, engaging learning solutions while maintaining instructional integrity.
• Create experiential learning material and training courseware with responsive design.
• Design multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for iterative improvements to improve business outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date materials for seamless learner experience.
• Review content and provide timely feedback to peers.
• Develop training communications and sustainability plans to reinforce knowledge.
• Monitor training programs and solicit feedback to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with business leaders to meet training delivery schedules with proper resourcing.
• Stay current with learning industry trends and innovations for Healthfirst.
• Develop instruction design methodologies and timelines to maximize impact.
