Job summary

The role focuses on creating e-learning courses, instructor-led materials, job aids, and assessments, using tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Workday Learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years of instructional design and e-learning development for adult learners in a corporate setting.
• Proven knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to craft curriculum through storytelling with real-life or fictional scenarios.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs.
• Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with LMS (Workday preferred) and learning technologies.
• Experience with assessment and evaluation methodologies for learning effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze learning needs and craft objectives.
• Design and develop e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, job aids, and assessments.
• Apply instructional design theory to create engaging learning experiences.
• Create multimedia content using Articulate 360, Camtasia, and related tools.
• Incorporate graphics, audio, and video to enhance materials.
• Perform quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Revise materials to keep content current and relevant.
• Stay updated on instructional design trends and best practices.
