Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cyber Training Developer to drive a multi-year technical training and assessment program. You will apply instructional design, CNE/OCO experience, and virtualization skills to create hands-on courses for advanced learners, collaborating with military leadership and technical experts.

Responsibilities include building, validating, and evaluating training content, delivering classroom instruction, and translating complex concepts into clear, engaging presentations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) or Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).
• 2+ years of experience with development, testing, management, operations, or training of networked hardware and software systems.
• Experience creating and configuring virtual hosts and networks using VMware.
• Experience with Windows or Unix-based operating systems administration or maintenance.
• Experience with assessing student understanding, skills, and abilities to gauge proficiency in the subject.
• Bachelor's degree is required; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is preferred.
