Job summary

FranklinCovey is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to apply client branding and high‑quality design to learning content, assets, and resources. You will collaborate with instructional designers, project managers, and client teams to create on‑brand materials that reflect FranklinCovey standards and client needs.

The role emphasizes layout, typography, and delivering visually compelling presentations and materials across internal and client projects in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in corporate, professional services, or agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine slides, participant guides, tools, and other learning assets for Custom projects.
• Apply client branding (logos, color palettes, typography, imagery) to existing FranklinCovey content and resources while maintaining design standards.
• Create visually engaging PowerPoint/Keynote presentations and professional documents with clear visual hierarchy.
