Job summary

RGBSI's Zobility division seeks an experienced Instructional Systems Designer to analyze, design, and develop innovative learning solutions within a cross-functional team. The courseware may span various industries and media, and the candidate will work both independently and under a project lead.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in instructional design, strong writing and communication, and can deliver blended learning using ADDIE. Excellent MS Office and eLearning tool proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience developing training across multiple media using instructional design concepts.
• Proficiency with ADDIE, design and develop learning solutions for diverse projects.
• Excellent writing, grammar, organization, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and design blended learning solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Experience creating content for eLearning, ILT, and virtual classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop creative learning solutions with a cross-functional team.
• Lead or contribute under a project lead to deliver courseware across industries.
• Design content for multiple courses across eLearning, ILT, and virtual formats.
• Communicate with customers and subject matter experts; maintain status updates.
• Troubleshoot and recommend solutions for training development challenges.
