Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop training materials for advisors, field leaders, and other audiences within Banking & Cash Solutions (BCS) and Wealth Management Solutions (WMS). Proficiency in Articulate 360 and adult-learning principles is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of instructional design experience.
• Experience developing eLearning content with Articulate 360/Storyline.
• Experience creating multimedia and digital training content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of learning technologies, instructional design methodologies, and trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and implement training materials across Wealth Management and Banking & Cash Solutions.
• Partner with training, marketing, business teams, and SMEs to develop course content.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning best practices across design and development.
• Review goals with business partners and recommend instructional strategies.
• Manage end-to-end training development lifecycle, including evaluation and measurement.
• Leverage existing storyboards, templates, and design standards to develop content.
• Use Articulate 360 to create engaging learning experiences.
• Develop training using web-based, ILT, video, animated, and blended formats.
• Focus courses on critical knowledge and skills.
• Support continuous improvement of training programs and processes.
• Participate in meetings and communicate progress on initiatives.
• Contribute thought leadership while executing multiple priorities.
