INFUSE seeks a strategic Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences that blend digital and human interaction. You will partner with subject matter experts to design modern programs for adult professionals, integrating evidence-based design and AI tools.

The role focuses on scalable, engaging e-learning experiences, and collaboration across a global team. You’ll help learners grow through thoughtful, data-driven design.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design and deliver blended learning programs that align with business goals.
• Apply principles of andragogy and evidence-based instructional design for adult learners.
• Design and curate blended learning solutions using formats like eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training sessions, and on-the-job activities.
• Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes.
• Leverage generative AI tools, including designing and deploying custom GPTs, to support learning.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure timely and organized execution of learning initiatives.
