Job summary

HCLTech in California seeks a Sr. Instructional Designer to develop SAP S4/HANA training materials for a CA-based end-user training client and to lead engaging instructional sessions.

You will design data-rich content using WalkMe, EnableNow, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, create BPP/work instructions and exercises, and travel to Fremont and other locations as needed to support client meetings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as an Instructional Designer with SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Experience creating SAP S4/HANA training materials.
• Willingness to travel to Fremont, CA for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop SAP S4/HANA training materials using WalkMe, EnableNow, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Create BPP/Work Instructions, exercises, and content.
• Data creation for end-user training clients.
• Facilitate Q&A sessions as needed.

We are looking for a Sr. Instructional Designer with strong SAP Training Data creation and training to work with our CA based end-user training client.

Key Responsibilities
