Guidehouse Inc. is seeking an experienced eLearning Instructional Designer to lead a small team in creating engaging learning solutions for compliance, leadership, and organizational development.

You will oversee end-to-end design, development, and delivery of eLearning, live and virtual ILT, job aids, and AI-powered tools. Reporting to the global L&D leader, you will guide the team, manage timelines, and translate client needs into training programs while ensuring quality, auditable results,

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of professional experience in related areas.
• Expert development skills in Articulate Rise 360 with AI, Synthesia, and Camtasia.
• Deep expertise in ADDIE instructional design methodology
• Ability to communicate expertise into feedback that grows team skill
• Experience in efficient utilization of instructional design and Copilot AI tools to speed administrative tasks, boost productivity, and create engaging work products
• Executive presence and communication skills to understand client needs, translate into training program design, and manage feedback from subject matter experts with competing priorities for their time.
• Deep project management experience to create and manage project timelines, communicate risk, and react to urgent priorities with agility.
• Exceptional organizational skills for project file management to streamline periodic project updates and report accurately for data audits.
• Please be ready to show work samples.

Responsabilidades

• Lead three team members in end-to-end creation of learning solutions including compliance, leadership, and ways of working.
• Manage your time to ensure team success and contribute to development work.
• Develop solutions including eLearning, live and virtual ILT, job aids, knowledge management, and AI agents.
• Translate client needs into training program design and manage feedback from SMEs with competing priorities.
• Communicate expertise into actionable feedback to grow team skills.
