Guidehouse is seeking an experienced eLearning Instructional Designer to lead a three-person team in creating engaging learning solutions, from compliance to leadership training. You’ll oversee end-to-end projects, including elearning, live/virtual ILT, job aids, and knowledge management, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of professional experience in learning and development.
• Expert development skills in Articulate Rise 360 with AI, Synthesia, and Camtasia.
• Deep ADDIE instructional design expertise.
• Ability to translate client needs into training program design and feedback.
• Experience using AI-assisted productivity tools to speed tasks and deliver engaging work products.
• Strong project management to handle timelines and risks with agility.

Responsibilities

• Lead three team members in end-to-end creation of engaging learning solutions.
• Develop from compliance needs to leadership training using elearning, live and virtual ILT, job aids, and knowledge management.
• Communicate with clients and SME stakeholders to translate needs into design.
