Job summary

Guidehouse in Atlanta region seeks an experienced eLearning Instructional Designer to lead a small team in creating engaging learning solutions. You will oversee end-to-end development, collaborate with subject matter experts, and leverage AI-assisted tools to deliver modules for compliance, leadership, and operational training.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in related fields, with strong ADDIE expertise, project management skills, and the ability to translate client needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of professional experience in related areas.
• Expert development skills in Articulate Rise 360 with AI, Synthesia, and Camtasia.
• Deep expertise in ADDIE instructional design methodology
• Ability to communicate expertise into feedback that grows team skill
• Experience in efficient utilization of instructional design and Copilot AI tools to speed administrative tasks
• Executive presence and communication skills to understand client needs, translate into training program design, and manage feedback from subject matter experts
• Deep project management experience to create and manage project timelines, communicate risk, and react to urgent priorities with agility
• Exceptional organizational skills for project file management to streamline periodic project updates and report accurately for data audits
• Please be ready to show work samples.

Responsibilities

• Lead three team members in end-to-end creation of engaging learning solutions for needs ranging from compliance needs to ways of working and leadership training.
• Manage your time to manage team success and take on some development yourself.
• Solutions include elearning, live and virtual instructor-led training, job aids and knowledge management, and AI agents.
