Job summary

Nuveen, a leading retirement services provider, is seeking an Institutional Consultant to deliver inbound and outbound call center support for plan sponsors using ATC services. The role includes guidance on plan design, investment education, Planfocus education, signature 5500, and plan compliance.

You will build and maintain sponsor relationships, advise on fiduciary responsibilities, regulatory changes, and lifetime income solutions, and provide consultative guidance to third-party advisors

Qualifications

• 2+ years FINRA Series 6 and 63 Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required
• Experience in retirement plan design and fiduciary issues is preferred
• Knowledge of Form 5500 and regulatory reporting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound/outbound call center support to institutional sponsors
• Advise on retirement plan design and investment education
• Educate third-party advisors on lifetime income solutions
• Build and maintain sponsor relationships
• Navigate fiduciary responsibilities and regulatory changes
• Respond to inquiries on compliance and plan amendments
• Assist with plan audits and tax filings
• Support onboarding of new sponsors and enrollment processes
