Job summary

Capital Group is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager in Southern California to represent Institutional Investment Services to large institutional plans. You will prospect, build relationships, and advance opportunities through the sales cycle while coordinating with Business Development Managers on strategy and messaging.

You will use Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams to support reporting, data accuracy, and communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services industry experience.
• Series 7 and 66 license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to prepare for final meetings and develop relationships with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for opportunities and drive early-stage engagement within defined relationships.
• Maintain opportunities through the sales cycle and coordinate with BDMs on strategy and messaging.
• Build meaningful relationships with new contacts through targeted outreach and follow-up.
